Senior Designer with a focus on interior design, Beijing

As the successful applicant, you are already experienced in agency work focused on trade shows, shops and retail, and have successfully managed projects for renowned clients. You are familiar with the specific demands of global branding and adapting brands to local markets and high-volume retail space, and are effective at implementing these insights in your project work. You are a highly creative individual with the ability to develop design ideas, evaluate visual analyses, derive visual results and prepare presentations.

Professional requirements:

• A degree in architecture, interior design, product design or industrial design
• At least four years’ professional experience
• An understanding for how brands work and demonstrated skills in transforming them into three-dimensional experiences
• Concept development and drafting for renowned brands and clients with a focus on retail, shops, trade shows, hotels and/or brand experiences
• Preparation and delivery of presentations
• Knowledge of materials and construction
• A good feel for trends in architecture and interior design
• Knowledge of all production and implementation phases from the initial drawings to final completion
• Good skills in freehand sketching in the draft phases
• Proficiency in current graphics programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and common drawing and 3D software (Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Maya, Sketchup)
• Chinese as native language
• Excellent written and spoken English
