MetaDesign Creates the 2010 Software Packaging for McAfee
A new design system helps position the world’s largest dedicated security technology company.
MetaDesign, a global branding and design firm, is pleased to announce with McAfee, Inc. the release of the 2010 editions of the McAfee line of security software for personal computers. The software packaging, designed by MetaDesign, expresses the company’s mission to liberate PC users from worry about security threats via an open, approachable design and engaging human imagery. The new design was also extended to point-of-purchase materials, as well as the product imagery for the mcafee.com website.
“Our retail packaging is a highly visible sign of the McAfee brand to consumers around the world,” noted Creative Director Beth Martinez. “The new design system brings our brand strategy to life at two of our most important touchpoints for consumers: the in-store and online shopping experience.”
