MetaDesign nominated for three Design Awards of the Federal Republic of Germany 2010
Three projects by MetaDesign, a branding agency, have been nominated for the Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany 2010. The campaign “Everyday Heroes” for Continental Truck Tires, the editorial design for “mare – the magazine of the seas” and the online version of the Neue Zürcher Zeitung are on the list for the coveted design trophy.
The Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany is the highest official German prize for design and is widely considered the “award of awards”. It is sponsored by the federal minister for economics and technology and conducted by the German Design Council. Participation is by invitation only, and only projects which have already won national or international awards are eligible for consideration. An additional prerequisite is a nomination by the economics ministries and senators of the German states and by the German Design Council.
