MetaDesign expands strategic
customer service
MetaDesign kicked off the new year by adding three experienced brand and communication strategists to its staff. By expanding its competence in international consulting, the corporate identity and branding agency will be able to meet the demands of its increasing volume of projects and the needs of its clients.
Nicole Michelle Hoefer (39) brings international experience in communication and branding for both clients and agencies to her new position as Client Services Director. As a client advisor at Lintas and Scholz & Friends in Hamburg she was responsible for such clients as Gelbe Seite (the Yellow Pages), Deutsche Telekom, T-Online and Der Spiegel. She went on to lead the development and implementation of T-Mobile International’s brand strategy in seven European countries as Head of Corporate Identity and Corporate Design at their offices in London.
As Brand Consulting Director, Dr. Kerstin Foell (37) brings her considerable knowledge as a strategic planner and consumer insight expert to MetaDesign. The economist started her career at BBDO in Düsseldorf, and after a time as Head of Planning at Rempen & Partner she went on to work on a freelance basis. For several years she was the Head of Planning and Research at Aimaq Rapp Stolle in Berlin. Following completion of her dissertation she was an independent brand consultant, and has worked for such brands as Asics, Degussa, Renault, Allianz, Ferrero and Maggi.
Federico Heise (43) looks back on 15 years of experience in the communication business. He comes to MetaDesign from the DDB Worldwide Communications Group, where he was most recently Managing Director in Milan. His clients included Volkswagen, Henkel, Budweiser and Campari. After completing his studies in business administration, he managed several accounts at Conquest Europe and Mager-Maak, both in Milan. As Client Services Director at MetaDesign, he and his team will be responsible for Deutsche Post World Net.
